New customers please register
first to generate an online account (real-time). Then, you may immediately
go to the login section to place an order. You may use the same account for
both sequencing and oligo orders.
For local customers (within the San
Francisco Bay Area), if local sample pickup is available for your institute,
please first order local sample pickup. Within a few clicks, you will be
able to specify when and where you would like to schedule a pickup. After
that, please fill out the online order form. After you submit the order, the
last page of the online order form gives you a summary of your order. Please
print that page out and attach (e.g., using Scotch tape) sample tubes to the
printout, and leave them to the designated area for pickup. New customers in
the Bay Area please call us (800-214-7722 or 510-783-1112) to check whether
pickup is currently available for your institute, and the details for pickup
location.
For customers sending samples through mail,
please fill out online order form when placing an order. After you submit
the order, the last page of the online order form gives you a summary of
your order. Please print that page out and attach (e.g., using Scotch tape)
sample tubes to the printout and send them to us through express mail. If
you prefer, you may download a Microsoft Excel template to fill out the
order form. However, online ordering system is always preferred, and will
give you higher processing priority and sample handling accuracy.
