How to Order

Please call or email us for quotation, and please also submit the following:

Plasmid name (or code) and its size. If commercially available, please tell us the vendor and the Cat.#, and you can skip (2) - (4) below.
Host cell type if sending bacteria (and if avaialble, high or low nuclease activity, copy number of plasmid)
Names of 1-2 restriction enzymes and the corresponding sizes after digestion
Antibiotic resistance information (e.g., Amp)
In what buffer and concentrationg you would like the plasmid be shipped to you (e.g. injectable saline, 10 mM Tris pH 8.0, endotoxin-free water, 1 mg/ml, etc.)
Purchase order number (PO#), shipping address, and billing address (if differernt)
Please provide >20 ug DNA per plasmid for QA/QC, and transformation

The turn around time is about three weeks. Therefore, please plan ahead as much as you could.
