For domestic customers, you may ship bacteria on a plate (o.k. for
room temperature, shipment by FedEx). If shipping glycerol stock, it needs to
be shipped in dry ice and kept frozen all the time. DNA can be shipped at room
temperature by FedEx.
For international customers, shipping DNA only is recommended (o.k.
to tape the tube to a piece of paper and put it in a FedEx letter envelop for
overnight express at room temperature), because shipping delays may occur, and
would cause sample damage
