  5. What Services do you provide?
  6. Elim provides Next Generation Sequencing, Bioanalytical Service, Peptide Synthesis, Oligo Synthesis, DNA Sequencing, and DNA Purification services.
  7. Do I need to use the online Ordering System for all my orders?
  8. For DNA Sequencing, Peptide Synthesis, and Oligo Synthesis we prefer if customers would use the online ordering system.

    b. However, for larger sequencing, oligo and peptide orders, please feel free to use our Excel forms specific to each service.

  9. What are my options for payment methods?
  10. We work with you to accommodate your needs. Currently we accept payment by Purchasing Order (PO) number, all major Credit Cards, and wire transfers.

    b. You can also set up a blank PO for you and your group’s convenience. We also accept prepayments for purchasing a block of a service (e.g. DNA Sequencing) in advance.

  11. Can I use the same blank PO for multiple services?
  12. Yes! You can set up one PO and apply it to all of our services.
  13. Who can I contact if I have a comment regarding one of your services?
  14. Please use your preferred method of contact, but keep in mind that the fastest way to reach us is by phone. Do not hesitate to call us! We love working with you to address any issues, suggestions, or questions you may have.
